Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly and without drama.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in line with EU consumer law (right of withdrawal). To start, email contact@motorcreed.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be held responsible for items lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges (size or fit)

Ordered the wrong size? The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you want.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Every piece is made to order and checked before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — and you usually won't need to send the faulty item back unless we ask.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and any clearly personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows a problem, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your legal guarantees under French law (guarantee of conformity, art. L.217-3 et seq. of the Code de la consommation, and guarantee against hidden defects, art. 1641 et seq. of the Code civil).
