This website is operated by MotorCreed. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MotorCreed. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the site or its services.

Section 1 — Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to the Service.

Section 2 — General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

Section 3 — Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Section 4 — Products

Our products are made to order (print on demand). Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour, print placement and fabric may occur, and your screen may not accurately reflect the true colour. We have made every effort to describe our products as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

Section 5 — Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and may be changed at any time without notice. VAT is not applicable — art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

Section 6 — Orders, billing and account information

An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or a production issue — in which case any amount paid is fully refunded. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

Section 7 — Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of checkout via the payment methods offered on the site. Orders are only processed once payment has been confirmed.

Section 8 — Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery zones, estimated times and costs. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

Section 9 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. Details on how to exercise this right, its conditions and the legal exceptions are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Section 10 — Legal guarantees

Independently of any commercial policy, you benefit from the legal guarantees provided by French law: the legal guarantee of conformity (art. Our Service may provide access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites that we neither monitor nor control. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 14 — Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information, or cancel orders, if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.

Section 15 — Prohibited uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code, or to interfere with the security of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Section 16 — Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of your order, and we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MotorCreed from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use our Service. We may terminate them at any time if you fail to comply with any provision.

Section 20 — Entire agreement

These Terms and any policies posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
